exclusive private 18-hole golf club located on the East End of Long Island.
– Lead a motivated team to deliver exceptional conditioning on a daily basis; including
attaining fast and firm putting surfaces managing Poa annua
– Implement the latest in cultural practices to deliver healthy turf while meeting member
expectation on playability
– Integral in the preparation and administration of operating and capital budget
– Communicate daily with club professionals to coordinate maintenance activities with
membership use of club facilities
– Successful project planning and implementation, including state-of-the-art Rainbird
irrigation system and pumphouse, complete bunker and fairway renovation, new 12-acre
driving range, and extensive XGD Drainage installation on fairways and approaches
– Extensive management of 80+ acres of Native Areas
The Baiting Hollow Club (Fox Hill)

GOLF COURSE SUPERINTENDENT
2006-2014
Responsible for management of 18 holes at a private golf club located on the North
Fork of Long Island.
– In 2012, became charged with management of a second 18-hole course, Old Vine,
owned by the club; assumed full responsibilities as superintendent of 36 holes
– Drastically improved golf course conditions through extensive aeration and
topdressing programs
– Extensive experience with soil modifications on native poa annua greens and bentgrass
sodded greens, typically known as “drill and fill” with aerification
– Introduced topdressing programs to bring all playing surfaces up to speed with
other private clubs
– Oversaw construction of new 28,000 square foot clubhouse, new driving range facility
and new practice putting green
– Worked with Head PGA Professional and owner on new routing and overall master
plan of the Baiting Hollow Club

Worked with superintendent on this new 18-hole golf course built inside of
the historic Bridgehampton Race Track. Responsible for operation and management of department during the transition of superintendents.
